How Do I Track My Order?

We have integrated real-time order tracking into our web site. If you wish to know the status of your order, please click on "Your Account", enter your user id (email address) and password or email to access your order history or call our customer service department and we ll be happy to update you on the progress of your order. Or you can always call us or send us an email.

Will I Receive And Order Confirmation?

We send out a confirmation email upon order placement; generally within 2 hours. This email is an acknowledgement of your order and includes the details of your purchase along with a reference number to assist us when discussing your order in the future. Our order acknowledgement is sent prior to obtaining an authorization on your credit card. If we subsequently have trouble obtaining an authorization from your bank, we will contact you by phone or email to resolve the problem.
